Pork Bellys Eatery & Catering Co in Cedar City

We came quite by accident on the first Thursday of the month, when the special is Smoked Prime Rib. Other Thursdays alternate their own specials: a complete Smoked Meatloaf or Smoked Brisket dinner for $14. But my eye was caught by the Case-a-Dilla with pork verde, pepper-jack and cheddar cheeses, so I ordered that to come with tater tots instead of rice. It was, frankly, AWESOME! My spouse's pulled pork dinner with soup-du-jour (creamy chicken vegetable) and macaroni salad was reported tasty as well. Almost more impressive than the flavor of the dinners was the variability for customization. We got exactly what we ordered. We'll be back, possibly on a Friday or Saturday, when specials include the intriguing 'Redneck Sushi' and 'Chicken Bomb'.

I came here during the Utah Summer Games and it was great! The owner of the restaurant was actually there on a Friday night asking the customers how their meal was. He was very friendly! Such a great first impression for me as this was my first time ever eating here.Rhiannon was our waitress and her service was fantastic! Super friendly and gave great recommendations on what to get.I'd definitely give these guys a try if you're in town.

Had the French Toast made from bannana bread. And my travel companion had the burrito. Food was good and I commend the effort of bannana bread for French toast but it was a bit on the soggy side the bread wasn't quite the taste I wanted. The burrito looked good but my companion wasn't impressed he said there was hardly any meat which seems strange for a place that has a reputation for meat.The service was ok but nothing to brag about we had to ask to get our water refilled.

My husband and I try to eat here at least once a week. I am always so impressed with the food and the quality of service. I look forward to eating here every time and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Awesome BBQ and great food. Liked the Lumberjack sandwich so much that on our way back from our trip passing through we stopped again for brunch. Breakfast of eggs benedict and tritip was fantastic and ordered, you guessed it, another Lumberjack sandwich for later as I knew it would be awhile before passing through again. Makes me want to live in Cedar City!

I love Pork Belly’s. Been to both locations in St George and Cedar City and both have never disappointed. Have not tried dinner yet but have ate breakfast and lunch and service was wonderful and flavorful food. I drink way too much soda and my cup was never empty. Only downside is they are closed on Mondays which seems to be when I am craving it the most. I love to support local businesses over the chains and this place get it right.

I always get the "Royal benne". Its the only place I'm town that serves it and they serve it well. Everything cooked to perfection. Everytime I get it , I always want to eat it again.

Ok place, interesting menu which is what brought us in. First of all we did not find any pork bellies on the menu. Maybe they should change the name of the restaurant. I got a pulled pork sandwich on Parmesan grilled white or sourdough bread. Not sure which. Found the pork to be a little chewy and dry. Hubby got the smoked tri-tip and he thought it was good but not much meat. Both sandwiches were in the $10 to $12 range. We are home smokers and we like to try restaurants that smoke to pick up some new tricks. I was disappointed that the pork was nowhere near as tender as ours is. They had two good barbecue sauces made in house. The restaurant is pretty plain which would have been okay for us if the food had made up for it.

Wait time was pretty long for take out. We almost asked for a refund. Take out took about 45 minutes. It's best to call ahead and order. Those customers who were just picking up their phoned orders didn't wait 3 minutes. Several groups came while we were waiting. Chicken Cordon sandwich was good. Sweet potato fries were good. Mac Daddy looked really good too. (Daughter ordered it but she wouldn't share!)

FINALLY made it to Pork Belly's in Cedar City!! Everything was absolutely delicious and service was great. Why we never came before is beyond me, but we will DEFINITELY be returning!! You've got to check this place out!!!! Yummy 😋😋😋

We found this place just searching for a breakfast place near where we were staying during a roadtrip around Utah. The place us super cute, the staff friendly and the food was delicious! Their home made sausage is some of the best I've tasted. If I lived close, I would definitely be going back. My biscuit was fluffy and the sausage gravy had just the right amount of of spice from the sausage.

I love Pork Belly's! When you walk in you are greeted warmly like long lost family. The food is always amazing no matter what you get! I highly recommend the pulled pork melt! So gooey and the meat is teander and perfect! The owners are so sweet and amazing and work right along side the staff!

This place is so perfectly imperfect. Seems small but has such a cozy hometown feel. Owners are so involved they actually stop by your table and say "Hi". Food is just savory and unique enough that you will feel a need to return often but not so exotic that you can only eat there once a month. Biscuits and Gravy recipe is a home made work of magic that has been passed down from one generation to the next but still stands the test of time and they truly are amazing. Employees are humans who occasionally make mistakes (like the rest of us) but are smiling and happy to make it right when given the opportunity.

Been here 4 or 5 times now and have yet to be disappointed. I've tried a different menu item every time and have been pleasantly surprised. Great portions, great service, great food! We'll be back for sure!

Excellent food! Everything is very fresh and flavorful! The employees treat you like family. The owner (Eddie) was very friendly and welcoming. This week be a regular stop for us :).

Nice clean, friendly little restaurant. I have no complaints about the staff. The food is okay. I had the mashed potatoes and they were great. My husband had the funeral potatoes which were not very good. We both had the tri-tip plate. The meat was good. They drizzle bbq sauce over the meat. The bbq sauce is way too sweet and doesn't make a good pairing with the savory meat and sides. I think a new bbq sauce recipe would be helpful. The baked beans were NOT good. It was like a sweet paste. The kicker is that the food wasn't very hot. It was maybe just warm. I really like to see small businesses do well. I think if they made a few changes it would be a great place.

I love this place! The food is always amazing and the staff is so nice. Definitely a place to try.

I took my daughter to this place last night, excited to try it because of the high ratings. I was extremely disappointed. At the recommendation of the waitress, I ordered the pulled pork platter with sweet potato fries, and my daughter ordered the chicken fried chicken with baked beans. About 1/3 of my daughter's chicken fried chicken was inedible, overcooked to the point of being as hard as a rock (see picture). We couldn't even cut through it with a knife! And she disliked her baked beans. My pulled pork was overcooked (tough and chewy), and my sweet potato fries were overcooked as well, extremely crispy all the way through (think kettle chips). I don't understand all the high reviews, maybe we went on an off night. Either way, this was my first, and subsequently last, time I will be going to this place.

Kitchen made a snafu with our order, the owner personally corrected it and checked in with us. The service and the food were phenomenonal. Best French toast we have ever had in our lives. The buttermilk biscuits were melt in your mouth. The hollandaise sauce was spot on. Absolutely divine. Best place for breakfast in Utah. A must stop. Owners and staff take care of you like family.

Great food. We shall eat their more. Amazing owners come out to greet make you feel welcome. Wanna try some different check out the chicken bomb. Will blow your mind.

Food was good. Server never came to table after we got our food. Gave us our bill without asking if we wanted dessert. She did, however, come by after she gave us our bill.

It was our first time eating breakfast at Pork Belly's and man was it good! We were hesitant because there had been a few bad reviews, but our expectations were definitely exceeded! Service was wonderful, and the food...The Breakfast Quesadilla and Hoss breakfast burrito were really really good and enough food for me and my husband to share, plus have a smidge left over. Really good food, and unique menu options to many of the choices found at other diners in town. Super Impressed and will be back!!! Thank you Pork Belly's!!!

The food was delicious. Wife had the chicken steak and she loved it. I had the Jacked Up and it was very good too. Will come back for sure.

Visited Pork Belly’s after searching google for a breakfast place. I liked their simple, warm, small town atmosphere. They have a great selection for all meals of the day. The waitress I had was very friendly. But the poached eggs on the Tri-Benny I ordered were severally undercooked, the whites were about 70% liquid, a female cook came out and apologized and said she would remake them, without me even asking. I’ve never returned food before, with having 5 years of waitressing experience in my younger years, I know how it is. But I couldn’t stomach eating something that undercooked. I really appreciated that they came out and righted the wrong. Mistakes can happen and I feel they handled the situation politely and perfectly. I definitely will be coming back with my family to try out lunch and dinner items!

I used to like going to pork belly, they always were good about being friendly and welcoming you, lately the service has gone down, and the friendliness as well, I hope that you will fix the issues with this problem.

I have dined here a few times, every experience was top notch! The food is ALWAYS on point. The owners are great people, and always ensure that their patrons leave FULL, and happy.Recently, they have come under attack from a group of Vegan clientele. They are slandering this establishment for serving meat. It is self evident that they serve meat. The owners are very accommodating, and have added items for non meat eaters. They are indeed soo accommodating, that they would probably create something for someone on the fly, if they expressed their desire for a meatless meal. Don’t let the people trying to attack this business sway you from giving them a try! Meat, or no meat, you will NOT be disappointed in their offerings!

Best Burrito I've ever had! I got the Big Hoss Breakfast Burrito with sausage, scrambled eggs, crispy tater tots and cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla smothered in white sausage gravy! It was incredible! My waitress was great! Her name was Rhiannon. She was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed! Great food and service! I'll be back again one day!

So yummy. Customer service is amazing! You can tell the owners are very involved with their restaurants and employees and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! The funeral potatoes are hands down the best you’ll ever taste! We visit their locations often and the prices are great especially for amount of food with great quality. We had them cater a Christmas party and we had so much food for everyone! Their prices were hundreds lower and they traveled on a Sunday an hour away to deliver food to us!

Hidden gem! Wide range menu with BBQ, hamburgers, ribs, sandwiches and salads! Good, good food!

I just moved to town and wasn't very optimistic that there would be good BBQ in this little town. I was wrong. The Mountain Burger was incredible and their fries some of the best I have ever had. Don't order the Pomegranate Lemonade. I made that mistake and when I told the staff it wasn't good they agreed all and removed it from my bill. Apparently the waitress and Manager don't like it either. I suggest making it taste like lemonade or dropping it from the menu.I will definitely be back!

Loved the food here- anything with bacon on it is a winner. We got the B.L.T.A. sandwich and the Brunch Burger and they were so good!! Also got the kizookie for dessert which was amazing. Super satisfied and the service was great. Monica is a fantastic hostess, she was funny and friendly.

Craving a burger and this place hit the spot. Burger was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Brioche bun soft. Coleslaw was on point, not too runny, tart, or mayo-y. Didn't have a chance to try the other BBQ meats. Would definitely return.

They have a pretty varied menu that is really good. Probably have something for just about anyone. The B.L.T.A. is my favorite menu item. The portions are good for the price and the food tastes great. The service was a little slow but friendly overall. It was disappointing that some menu items are only available at certain times. I would recommend going here.

We went to the new Pork Belly's in St. George today. (Couldn't find that location on Google Maps) However, it's located by Starbucks off of Bluff Street. The portion size was very generous for the price. Our server, Day, was very friendly and on top of her game. Management checked in on us. My mouth was watering when my pulled pork sandwich arrived. You can't go wrong with their fries, funeral potatoes, or sweet potatoe fries. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve been here several times. I love the small atmosphere and how family oriented it is. I’ve got 2 small kids and they have wooden toy cars they let them play with. The service is excellent and the food is even better! I recommend this place to anyone craving BBQ! ❤️

Not our favorite. Might try some other stuff on their menu, we weren't really impressed with their burgers and their macaroni is weird. Although their breakfast stuff is pretty good.

In town for a day and found this gem through google reviews. So glad we did!!! Shared the Lumberjack (tri top plus messy fantastic stuff) and the Pork Master (pulled pork plus even messier fantastic stuff) sandwiches. Delicious and filling, didn’t need dinner later. Highly recommend!

I get to this restaurant at 2:35 pm, they have an awful placed sign at the the window to the side saying they’re closing at 3 pm for catering. No on acknowledges my party, we sit down, we wait for 10 minutes and when they finally acknowledge us it was to kick us out because of their catering. Incredible!

The service was great! They took our orders quick and got our food out hot and fresh! The burger had smoked pork and bacon and was the juiciest burger I've ever had! My wife's chicken fried chicken was incredible too!

The food here is amazing!! Definitely a place to try when you are in town. We love the Porkmaster, sweet potatoe fries, jacked up, funeral potatoes, banana bread french toast, and the biscuits and gravy are amazing. The only complaint I have is that no one including the kitchen cooks were wearing masks.
